Q. When will I stop earning airline miles?
A. The last day to earn miles is February 28, 2010.
Q. Why is the Airline Mileage Rewards program ending?
A. We listen to our customers and understand that in the current economic climate there’s an overwhelming need for lower prices. To fulfill that low price need while also providing the high-quality products our customers expect, we have decided to refocus the value previously offered through our Airlines Partnership into lower prices on the items all customers need.
Q. What happens to all the airline miles I've earned through this date?
A. Whatever miles that you have already earned through February 28, 2010 will be credited to your account and can be used in accordance with your particular airline’s regulations.
Q. Will I still earn miles for my prescriptions as part of the Pharmacy Fill and Fly program?
A. No, because the Pharmacy Fill and Fly program is part of the Airline Mileage Rewards program. The last day to earn miles is February 28, 2010.
Q. I called to get a credit on airline miles that I had earned before the program ended and I never received them. Now what do I do?
A. Please call our Customer Service team at 1-877-723-3929 for assistance.
Q. The miles in my airline account may now expire because of lack of activity. How can I still earn miles?
